  1. GENERAL

This personal information processing policy describes how TestHuset gathers and processes information about you when you communicate with us, purchase services from us, or use our website.

Our services are primarily designed with businesspeople in mind, so the information we process is concerned primarily with the business you represent.

If you contact us as an individual, your information will be processed in accordance with this policy.

This personal information policy applies to personal information you provide us, or which we collect through our website or other sources.

 

  1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES

When you visit the website:

We automatically collect information about you and your use of the website when you visit it. For example, this includes information about your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you use the website in general.

The purpose of this is for us to optimise your user experience, which we consider to be in your interest.

When you subscribe to our newsletter and ask to receive other promotional materials:

We collect information about your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the business you represent, your consent, and — if applicable — your job title, the courses you have taken, and your interests and preferences in general, should you choose to provide these.

The purpose of this is to facilitate sending newsletters and promotional materials to you. We consider this to be in your interest if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

When you purchase a service from us or receive an offer from us:

We collect information about your name, the business you represent, your telephone number, your payment method, information about the service(s), communication related to the same, and the time and means of delivery.

The purpose of this processing is to facilitate our delivery of the offered or agreed-upon services, as well as to fulfil our contractual obligations to you / the business you represent, including to manage your right to make a complaint. We do this to give you the best service possible over time, which we consider to be in your interest.

When you register for a course with us:

We collect information about your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and the business you represent. We also collect information about your preferences, your position, previous courses, etc. in order to provide you with the best possible course.

The purpose of this processing is to facilitate your participation in the course you have registered for. Providing your personal information is a condition of your registration and subsequent management of your participation in the course, which we consider to be in your interest.

When you register for a course, your entry into a contract regarding that course serves as a legal basis for the processing of your personal information.

When you apply for a position:

We accept applications for positions in our company exclusively through our recruitment system:www.testhuset.dk/job/. Here, you will automatically receive access to our recruitment policy, in which you will be informed of how we process your personal information in the recruitment process.

If you send an application via e-mail, that e-mail and any associated files will be deleted. No processing of your personal information will occur.

When you have questions or otherwise communicate with us (via chat, e-mail, or telephone):

We collect information about your name, e-mail, telephone number, the business you represent, and your question.

The purpose of this processing is to answer your question or otherwise facilitate communication with you in order to provide you with your desired service. We consider this to be in your interest.

 

  1. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

We share your personal information with third parties exclusively when required to do so by law, or to deliver our services.

Transfer to data processors:

Your information may be transferred to external partners that process information on our behalf. These businesses are data processors acting on our instructions and processing data for which TestHuset is the data controller. These data processors may not use the information for purposes other than the fulfilment of their contractual obligations to us, and they are subject to non-disclosure provisions with regard to the same. We have concluded written data processing agreements with all data processors that process personal information on our behalf.

 

  1. WHEN WE DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected about your use of our website is deleted no later than after you have not visited the website for more than 36 months.

Information collected in connection with your communication with us, queries, and requests for information are deleted when they are no longer relevant to the processing in question.

In general, collected information will be deleted 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which the relevant contract was concluded. However, information will be stored for longer periods of time i) if we have a legitimate interest in storing the information for a longer period; ii) if such storage is necessary to establish, enforce, or defend a legal claim; or iii) if such storage is necessary for us to fulfil legal requirements. Financial records are stored for 5 years, up to the end of the fiscal year, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

To create transparency regarding the processing of your personal information, we will inform you of your rights in this section.
 

Right to insight:

At any time, you may request information concerning — without limitation — the information about you we have recorded, the purpose of such recording, which categories of personal information we have recorded, which recipients (if any) have received this information, and the source of this information.

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information about you that we process. If you wish to receive a copy of your personal information, send a written request to info@testhuset.dk. You will be asked to provide documentation to confirm that you are who you claim to be.

Right to correction:

You have the right to have us correct inaccurate personal information about you. Should you become aware of errors in the information about you we have recorded, we encourage you to inform us in writing, so that we can correct the information.

Right to deletion:

In some cases, you have the right to have us delete all or part of your personal information; e.g., if you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis to continue processing of your personal information. To the extent that continued processing of your information is required; e.g., for us to fulfil legal requirements; or in order to establish, enforce, or defend a legal claim; we will not be obligated to delete your personal information.

Right to limit processing to storage:

In some cases, you have the right to limit the processing of your personal information to storage only; e.g., if you believe that the information about you that we are processing is not correct.

Right to object:

At any time, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing, including such processing as is conducted to target our direct marketing.

Furthermore, for reasons related to your personal situation, you have the right to object to processing of your personal information which we conduct based on our own legitimate interests.

Right to withdraw consent:

At any time, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given to us for any given processing of your personal information, including in connection with your subscription to our newsletter.

Right to complain:
