A Test Coordinator can be used in large projects where it is necessary to coordinate the daily work of many testers. This allows the Test Manager to focus on the overall quality management as well as reporting and representation to the (project) management. A Test Coordinator can also support and help less experienced testers or end-users from the business with user test.
