Meet Lone, Gitte, and Nadja – three experienced mentors at TestHuset who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience to support employee development.
TestHuset’s mentorship program creates synergy between employees, consultants, and customers, resulting in increased motivation, improved collaboration, and stronger consultants who are even better equipped to solve complex tasks for our clients.
In the autumn of 2023, our consultants Gitte, Lone, and Nadja became the first at TestHuset to complete our mentor training program. This training not only enables them to share their knowledge with their mentees but also to educate and train new mentors themselves. At TestHuset, we place great emphasis on employee well-being and development, which is why our mentorship program is available to all employees—regardless of their level of experience or position.
What Is a Mentor at TestHuset?
A mentor at TestHuset is an experienced professional who, through guidance, personal and professional sparring, coaching, and feedback, shares their experience and competencies to support the development of their mentees.
The mentorship program at TestHuset can best be described as a three-legged stool, where the three legs represent TestHuset, the Mentee/Mentor relationship, and TestHuset’s customers. This structure helps create synergy between TestHuset, our consultants, and our clients.
For TestHuset, the increased focus on mentorship means that our consultants become more motivated and engaged in their own professional development. It contributes to a stronger internal support network, fosters better collaboration across the organization, strengthens the sense of community, and enhances overall employee well-being.
For our customers, it means that our consultants are even better prepared to solve their tasks, backed by a strong professional support system. This gives our consultants the confidence and backing they need to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
