Meetup: Do You Test with a Whole Team Approach?

In agile development, the whole team approach is emphasized to increase team ownership, create a faster and more efficient workflow, and minimize risks by improving the chances of detecting and fixing defects early in the process.

However, successfully implementing the whole team approach can still be challenging. Common obstacles include:

  • A lack of understanding among some team members that they should be involved in tasks outside their area of expertise.
  • Insufficient skills or training to take on broader responsibilities.
  • Limited availability of key resources within the team at all times.

Do you face some of these challenges, or has your team successfully adopted a whole team approach to testing?

Join our meetup on September 6, 2023, to share your experiences or learn from other teams in different companies. You might even discover practical solutions that you can apply in your own team.
