Over the course of 2 days, you will receive practical training in methods and tools for business analysis in an agile context and how it creates value in the various parts of the development process.

Target audience
The course is for those who work with or have an interest in business analysis and who want to improve their skills in working with business analysis in agile projects. Your role is typically that of a business analyst (BA) or product owner (PO), but the course is also relevant for business representatives, scrum masters, project managers, and others working in agile teams, such as developers and testers.
Prerequisites
It is expected that you have a general understanding of agile development, for example, Scrum or SAFe®, as well as practical experience with business analysis.
Course format
The course involves active involvement of participants with many tasks, discussions, exchange of experiences, and training in both methods and tools. There will be pair, group, and plenary tasks. The course is characterized by dialogue and debate based on the experiences of participants and the instructor. Participants should expect a couple of hours of preparatory reading before the course. A preparation email with articles, etc., will be sent approximately 1 week before the course.
