TEST TEAM

PURPOSE

A professional test team with specialized skills selected for the current program/project. The team provides assistance during pressing circumstances such as time constraints, lack of skills or resources, and risk prevention.

CUSTOMER VALUE

• Introduction to the project and current test status (including risk coverage)
• Introduction to system functionality
• Identification of necessary test efforts – process, tools, risk prioritization, traceability, test types, roles/competences
• Assign persons to necessary test roles
• Execution of the agreed test areas and test types
• Status meetings and reporting
• Reporting to the project management, including quality and risks

A TEST TEAM’S TASKS

• Introduktion til projektet og aktuel teststatus (herunder risikoafdækning)
• Introduktion til systemfunktionalitet
• Afdækning af nødvendige testindsatser – proces, værktøjer, risikoprioritering, sporbarhed, testtyper, roller/kompetencer
• Bemanding af nødvendige testroller
• Udførelse af aftalte testområder og testtyper
• Statusmøder og afrapportering
• Rapportering til projektledelse med afdækning af kvalitet og risici
