Webinar: Common Challenges in Implementing SAFe®

Implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) can be challenging, and many organizations end up making adjustments that may not support getting the full benefit of the framework.

On November 2, 2022, we hosted the webinar “Common Challenges in Implementing SAFe®”. In this session, we highlighted some of the most frequent challenges we see across industries and company sizes.

Examples of the challenges we discussed include:

  • A lack of experience with agile practices and insufficient understanding of how to implement SAFe® and agile methods
  • Cultural and mindset barriers rooted in traditional ways of working
  • Poor coordination and collaboration across dependent teams (especially with distributed teams)
  • A strong focus on deliverables (output) rather than results (outcome)
  • Unrealistic expectations regarding delivery speed

During the webinar, we not only explored these challenges but also shared practical suggestions and solutions to help address them.
