  • Kickoff meeting with a presentation of the company, program/project, and organization, project model, as well as identification of stakeholders and background material.

  • If it is a program or project, the following steps are carried out:
    • Workshop for developing a product and (test) project risk analysis
    • Analysis of the requirements framework – requirement specification, use cases, business processes, design specifications, and solution descriptions
