At this meetup, our SAFe® instructor Mette Bruhn-Pedersen and Malene Dores Amstrup will talk about how agile portfolio management with SAFe® differs from a more traditional approach. Many of the same things still need to happen—but how you do them is very different.
This meetup is for those who work with portfolio management or are interested in creating better conditions for development teams to become more agile. Typical roles include:
Participants are expected to have a solid understanding of portfolio management and agile software development. Familiarity with the SAFe® framework is also beneficial, as it will not be covered in detail during the session.

Mette has supported various organizations in implementing SAFe®, including Agile Release Trains as well as elements of Large Solution and Portfolio levels.
Malene has assisted both private and public sector organizations with the establishment and management of traditional portfolios.
