SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management

Learning objectives

In the course, you will gain an overall understanding of how to connect strategy with execution, manage funding and governance dynamically, and how Lean Portfolio Management fits into the SAFe framework. The following are the key takeaways from the course:

Target audience

The course is aimed at directors, managers, PMOs, and others who define and manage the overall frameworks for the organization.

Course format & exam format

Over two intensive days, you will be taught the topics included in the exam. The course includes both theoretical overviews, practical exercises, and discussions. There will generally be high participant activity. The instruction is conducted in Danish, but the material and exam are in English.

Exam format

The exam is conducted independently up to 30 days after the course. The exam takes place online without aids on Scaled Agile’s platform. Additional materials and practice exams are also available to help you prepare for the exam. The exam is a multiple-choice (1 answer) and multiple-select (several answers) exam with 45 questions, and you must answer 32 correctly to pass. You have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
