Course Format
The course is based on active participation, allowing for a broad exchange of experiences through both plenary discussions and exercises. There will be pair, group, and collective exercises where the focus will be on applying methods and exchanging experiences among the participants and the instructor.

- Agile software development including the Manifesto.
- Agile methods including XP, Scrum, Kanban, Lean
- Requirements in agile projects (Product Backlog Items including User Stories)
- Agile testing methods (TDD, ATDD, BDD)
- Agile events including an overview of the Scrum framework.
- The tester’s role in an agile project
- Quality in delivery including Risk Analysis, Test Quadrants, Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD)
- Relative estimation including story points and Planning Poker
- Automation and Continuous Integration (CI)
